How do I book a ride?
Book online in a few minutes: choose the service, pick your car, set the pickup time and pay securely by card. Corporate clients can also book by phone or email with our concierge. You receive a booking number immediately and your chauffeur's details before pickup.
How far in advance should I book?
- Regular rides: at least 24 to 48 hours ahead. Online bookings open from four hours before pickup.
- Corporate, VVIP or government events: one to two weeks ahead is recommended.
Do you meet passengers inside the airport?
Yes. For airport arrivals your chauffeur waits at a designated meeting point with a name board, helps with luggage and walks you to the car. We track the flight, so an early or delayed landing changes nothing for you, and the first sixty minutes of waiting are complimentary.
