A flat fare covers the first seventy kilometres from the airport. Beyond that, a per-kilometre rate applies and it is shown before you pay. No surge, no night premium, no surprises at the kerb.

- Home to airport or airport to home. Departures are timed to your check-in, arrivals to your landing.

- Pay by card online with Stripe, or bill to a corporate account. Eligible bank cardholders book complimentary transfers here too.

Before you fly.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to do. We track the flight and your chauffeur is timed to the actual landing, not the scheduled one. The sixty complimentary minutes start when the wheels touch down.
Where exactly do I meet my chauffeur?
At the designated meeting point in the arrivals hall, holding a name board. You will receive the chauffeur's name and phone number before you land, and they will message you once they are in position.
How is the fare calculated?
A flat fare for the first 70 km, then a per-kilometre rate for anything beyond. The exact total is shown in the booking flow before you pay, and it is the amount you are charged.
Can I add more bags later?
Yes. Your confirmation includes a link to update your luggage count and any notes for the chauffeur. If a bigger car is needed we will tell you before the day.
